We are a bunch of STOCK girls peddling fresh + faux floral arrangements, stems, plants, and more; handcrafted from the heart, in Downtown Shawano.

The Stock Sisters
We are two sisters, with a maiden name of ‘STOCK’ who are living a childhood dream. As little girls, we dreamed of one day owning our own little store in the heart of our hometown – downtown Shawano, WI. Following our dreams, we opened The Stock Market in 2018 as a “one stop gift shop.” In 2023 we wanted to expand our one stop gift shop to include flowers! The perfect gift for all occasions!
About Abby
Prior to the store, Abby lead a life of retail, managing maurices stores. After graduating from UW-Madison in 2014, she worked in Buying for maurices in Duluth, MN, then returned home with her husband, Matt, and fur baby, Billy, to work in Buying for Shopko in Green Bay, WI. Abby and Matt now have two beautiful boys, Silas (4) and Sebastian (2). Abby enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, watching trashy reality tv (LOL), shopping, creating the beautiful Stock Market & Stock Peddler store displays, dabbling in floral arrangements, and drinking WINE!
About Chelsea
Chelsea graduated from UW-Green Bay with a degree in Marketing in 2013 and has always had a passion for cooking (and eating)! Prior to the store, she was a full-time stay-at-home mom to her three beautiful children Chloe (15), Gabe (9) and Max (7), with her husband Justin. Chelsea features our delicious recipes on our Stock Market website and various television and radio appearances. In her free time, she enjoys entertaining family and friends (she’s the ‘hostess with the mostess’), watching ghost shows, being a newbie “plant mom,” cheering on her children at their sporting events, and drinking WINE!
Meet Val – Lead Floral Designer
Val is a huge asset to the Stock Peddler team by being the Lead Floral Designer! She has multiple roles in the Stock Peddler family as she leads weddings, special events, and sympathy services. Before joining the Stock Peddler family Val graduated from BYU-Idaho with a degree in Floral Design Management. She enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, playing volleyball and of course FLOWERS! She is also very involved with youth groups in her church. Val loves creating arrangements that are very personal with that special touch. But her all time favorite is making BRIDAL BOUQUETS!!!
Meet Pam – Assistant Floral Designer
Pam has been with The Stock Market from the very beginning showing everyone her amazing creative talent with art classes 6 years ago! Pam played a crucial role in the Stock Market family being involved with inventory, freight, quality control, design merchandising, and now FLOWERS! Pam enjoys taking care of her perennial flower beds, camping with her husband Terry, or spending time with her son. Arranging flowers has always come natural to her and she specializes in doing wet foam arrangements. (Arrangements in cool pots, mugs, and containers!) She LOVES challenging custom orders and her design skills are AMAZING!!
